
Bakdonseeya (Tahini and Parsley Sauce)

Ingredients
- ½ cup tahini paste
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- ⅛ teaspoon salt, more to taste
- 1 cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic and salt. Whisk together until you get a smooth, creamy sauce. This step can be easily made using a blender, too, simply process for 2 minutes, or until you get the desired consistency. Fold in the parsley and serve.
