Extensive checking turned up exactly one source for true winter spinach: Nash’s Organic Produce. Scott Chichester of Nash’s said, “Because of where we’re located, in the Sequim area with its unique rainshadow climate, we can grow some things other areas can’t. I don't always get winter spinach to happen for commercial production, but this year’s patch looks really, really good. We should be harvesting winter spinach starting in February.”
